Volunteering

Volunteers are an extremely important part of our success in helping seniors and their families.

Our volunteers help with assignments in a variety of areas including office support, mailings, research, outreach, grant writing, event assistance, and more.

Here’s how we work with prospective volunteers:

• To get involved we ask that you submit a volunteer registration form.
• Once we review your form we will reach out to develop a volunteer assignment(s).
• Our volunteer review process may include a background check, driving record check, and provision of references.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is required, and parent or guardian approval (for minors) will also be required.

Typically, our volunteers commit a minimum of 4 hours each month to a variety of volunteer efforts. That being said, we appreciate any time our volunteers offer help to Housing with Hope.
